Dayton, OH – The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) partnered with the Cities of Fairborn and Huber Heights, Bath Township, the Miami Conservancy District, B-W Greenway Community Land Trust, and WPAFB to facilitate the development of a Non-Point Source Implementation Strategy (NPS-IS or “9 Element” Plan) for the Hebble Creek-Mad River watershed in Greene and Montgomery Counties.
