Ohio EPA Water Quality Monitoring Strategy Webinar
Ohio EPA Division of Surface Water is looking for your feedback. They are early in the process of enhancing Ohio’s water quality monitoring approach and schedule. On July 10th they will introduce the two-pronged approach and provide opportunity for initial comments and questions. In the second part of the event, they will solicit feedback on which project areas to prioritize for sampling and where within project areas have implementation actions been taken to abate pollution or restore streams. Dayton, OH – The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) developed the 2019 Greater Region Transportation Coordination Plan for a nine-county area that includes the counties of Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby, as part of the Greater Region Mobility Initiative (GRMI). GRMI addresses the challenges of coordinating and strengthening transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. MVRPC is updating the Miami Valley Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan for the Region. A public participation meeting will be held to discuss the final draft of the plan. The public is encouraged to attend and make comments. Read full article
