MVRPC is pleased to introduce our new Regional Profiles Series highlighting regional diversity, recreational open space, and vacancy. Each profile highlights statistics about the Region on a variety of topics. These profiles are displayed as infographics and interactive maps on mvrpc.org/regional-profiles. The regional diversity profile features information like population growth, ethnicities, age groups, and migration. The regional profile for recreation open space summarizes 3 categories of open space: general outdoor recreation, natural environment protection, and natural recreation. Lastly the vacancy profile analyzes residential and business vacancy trends. Additional profiles will be released soon and will focus on Transportation, Economy, and Equity.
