Executive Director

Brian O. Martin, AICP

Brian O. Martin, AICP, serves as MVRPC’s Executive Director. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency, especially in the field of transportation. His previous work has included economic and environmental planning, and public involvement. He has completed 20 plans over his career for large regions, cities, and villages. His ability to work with numerous communities prepared him for his position with MVRPC. A Kentucky native, Brian is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with both a B.S. degree in Production/Operations Management and a M.S. degree in City and Regional Planning. Brian’s consulting/project management experience, in both the public and private sector, serves him well as he leads MVRPC into the future.
