Please join with your peers from across the Miami Valley at the next MVRPC Sustainability Roundtable. This session will continue a focus on Storm Water Management, this time highlighting buildings and grounds. Our speakers will address a variety of innovative practices:
- Sara Ernst, Conservation Implementation Specialist with Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District, will share her experience with rain garden implementation and benefits.
- Andy Koenig, Grounds Manager for Northern Kentucky University, will discuss low-mow, and no-mow practices.
- Michele Simmons, Environmental Manager at the City of Dayton Department of Water will present on the whys and hows green roofs.
The Sustainability Roundtables are FREE, and we do ask for advance registration.
