Public Health - Dayton and Montgomery County and the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission invite you to attend the Montgomery County Active Living Workshop on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. at the Montgomery County Business Solutions Center (1435 Cincinnati Street #300, Dayton, OH 45417).
This interactive workshop is part of the PLAN4Health – Miami Valley Healthy Communities Roundtable Workshop Series and builds on the Regional Active Living Workshop held in March. The focus of this workshop will be on the topic of “Active Living” in Montgomery County. Participants will learn about a range of active living interventions for urban, suburban, and rural environments alike. Further, participants will learn how to evaluate areas in their communities for active living deficiencies and how to use policy, program, and project level solutions to improve conditions.
This workshop is an opportunity for a range of interested parties to collaborate and work towards the goal of healthy people and communities. We hope you will attend this workshop to share your insights, expertise, and ideas.
