Dayton, OH – The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) partnered with the Cities of Fairborn and Huber Heights, Bath Township, the Miami Conservancy District, B-W Greenway Community Land Trust, and WPAFB to facilitate the development of a Non-Point Source Implementation Strategy (NPS-IS or “9 Element” Plan) for the Hebble Creek-Mad River watershed in Greene and Montgomery Counties. Intended Participants: This free advanced beginner session is aimed at those looking to get started in ArcGIS Pro or needs a little push to do more (prior GIS experience required). An ArcGIS account is required for this session as it is hands-on.
During the virtual Public Meeting, the public has an opportunity to 1) learn about the Areawide Water Quality Management Plan’s purpose and contents, 2) learn the purpose and functions of FPAs, 3) review and comment on the proposed FPA updates, and 4) review and comment upon the proposed chapter updates. There will be a brief presentation regarding these topics to begin the meeting. Following that, MVRPC staff will accept comments and answer questions. Read full article
