HSTC Council Meeting February 2021

The Human Services Transportation Coordination Council Quarterly Meeting will be held February 23, 2021 via remote videoconference.

*This is an HSTC meeting only, not a joint meeting of HSTC & GRMI
 

The 5310 Application Workshop originally planned for this date is canceled.

 
Beginning later this year, MVRPC will assume full administration for the 5310 Program, including all reporting and the procurement, purchasing, inspection and maintenance of vehiclesfor all awards occuring in and beyond 2022. To prepare for this transition, the next 5310 funding cycle for the HSTC counties is postponed until Spring 2022.
 
GDRTA will continue to administer the reporting, inspections, monitoring and maintenance of 5310 vehicles awarded prior to 2022. GDRTA’s administrative duties for current vehicles does not change.  
 
This 1st Quarter 2021 HSTC meeting will highlight key changes anticipated for the 5310 program. Attendance at this meeting is important to ensure the voice of your agency and your community’s needs are heard. 
 

Attendance at this meeting and ongoing participation in this Coordination Council are mandatory for any organization wishing to request Section 5310 / Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and People with Disabilities awards in future funding cycles.
