The focus of this workshop was on the topic of Active Living and included a review and discussion on the current status of the Regions built environment conditions. Further, this workshop was an opportunity to explore barriers toMiami County Workshopactive living, learn about Active Living intervention best practices, and seekOctober 13, 2023to identify solutions to advance active living in communities throughout the Miami Valley.Following the regional workshop, MVRPC hosted three County level Active Living Workshops in partnership with Public Health Departments in Greene, Miami, and Montgomery County. The URISA ESIG award recognizes outstanding achievement by government agencies in the use of geospatial information technology.
