Registration Methods:
Pay by Check: Please complete the registration/invoice form with each attendee’s name and entrée choice (indicating food allergies, if any) and mail form with a check payable to MVRPC for $50 per person to:

Pay by Credit Card: Register through EVENTBRITE. Please note: a nominal service charge will apply.
Seating is limited – get your registration and payment in early. We anticipate seats may sell out.
Registration, payment and confirmation of entree choice must be received by Monday, April 13, 2026.
On-site / walk up registrations will NOT be accepted.
No phone registrations will be accepted.
This event is open seating.
ENTRÉE OPTIONS:
This year’s event will feature a plated dinner with a choice of entrée for each guest. Please be sure to include your choice on the registration.
- Sliced Chargrill Flank Steak Covered with a Sherry Mushroom Glaze. (GF) Served with Smoked Gouda Creamy Grits (V|GF) and Broccolini (V|GF)
- Crispy Lemon Champagne Chicken Breast Marinated in Sweet Tea and Olive Oil and Pan Seared with a Lemon Zest Champagne Cream. Served with Parmesan Sundried Tomato Risotto (GF) and Broccolini (V|GF)
- Blackened Mahi Mahi Pan seared with Olive Oil and Lemon. (GF) Served with Smoked Gouda Creamy Grits (V|GF) and Broccolini (V|GF)
- Mushroom Crepe with Portabella Mushrooms, Ricotta, Boursin Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Chopped Herbs, and Tomato Cream Sauce. (V) Served with Broccolini (V|GF)
All entrees are served with a Salad with Mixed Greens and Arugula, Brie Cheese, Candied Walnuts, and Pickled Grape Tomatoes with a Gorgonzola Vinaigrette (GF) and a Cranberry Champagne Dressing (GF) and Artisan Dinner Rolls. Dessert will be an option of Carrot Cake (V) or Lemon Meringue Pie.
